And seen lot of bias against muslim in government job as you seen exploitation of power in private jobs by muslims

unlike private job there isn’t single entity with power ,unless higher official has personal grudge can’t say about ur state but in majority of places here in south india communal tensions are very low
plus major poition of jobs in government sector is occupied by minorities be it muslim,christian or backword caste hindu

only statistic can talk more than words just check out percentage of muslims in government jobs in post independence India..
Dont say muslims are uneducated thats why can not get job…

check same statics for education.there is no rule if muslims are 20 percent of population jobs percentage should also be 20 percent …
it’s ur own community that needs to earn..

for statics sikhs are overpresented in army,same goes for scientists from iyer/iyengar community of tamil nadu
majority of IIT students comes from my own state that includes many muslims,just because ur hindu/muslim north or south indian no one is going to hand over silver plate…
