this is news for me.infact person from BC caste have better chance to get the job then forword caste guy,unless someone gets the job through bribe which should have gone to a guy from backward caste ,i don’t see how a person gets rejected due to religion
may be in private sector if the guy has some kind of grudge agains’t muslims same goes opposite way, have seen lot in bangalore where muslims guys who are team leaders take their own kind for vacant posts
