Agreed. Hypocrates who pretend to be pious but are corrupt (morally / financialy) should be exposed. Those who are open with what they are are better then such hypocrates.

i’ve never seen a diabetic with slurred speech. i’m diabetic myself and have undergone through ‘near fainting’ experience due to low blood sugar levels [Hypoglycemia] but my speech has never been slurry.
he was definitely drunk. he was also caught drunk in a party hosted by the US Embassy in ISB.

And in this video Mr. Luqman agreed that this Moulana was right and said It is Tohmat. Using word ‘tank’ repeatedly was not good.
Not sure if he was drunk or not, but looking at the video in OP does not prove anything.
Even the second part of video did not prove anything. It was someone in background saying he was caught drunk in the past.
