He also says that Vikramaditya could have built Qutub Minar to commemmorate his conquest of Arabia. I wonder if he would want to- we have records of roman historians who wanted the trade with India to stop as Rome was being literally drained of it’s gold due to the obsession the romans had for Indian goods- India was definitely her strongest self during that time. Whereas Arabia controlled by petty tribal leaders who had no culture(Islam wasn’t there ). I they ever saw Vikramaditya’s army, they would be running out of Arabia in no time. The conquest would have required as much time as one needs to travel from one end of Arabia to the other on horseback- King Vikram would not want to ‘celebrate’ this.

ur logic is very very true arab land too far and not even too rich. the thing only true is iron pillar in qutub minar complex ( which has not rusted in last 1600+ yrs ) by chandragupt.. but it is too said to be shifted from other place but when??
the thing of Qutub minar by Vikramd.. is totally absurd .. it contains Quranic verses…

First of all, define what is hindu?..who is a hindu? here itself to claim some idol present elsewhere linked to hindus falls apart. Besides many hindus argue that idol worship itself was absent earlier!. so you need to go and argue with them first .Besides, no longer it has got anything to do with hindus and In a way i am happy also that it has nothing to do with hindus

well kaba was a place where the people of koraish worshiped idols before the spread of islam.The stone of Kaba which is actually a meteorite was worshiped by people because they thought it had come down from heaven.After the conquest of Mecca by muslims Prophet Mohammad went inside Kaba ...broke down all idols and declared it a place of worship for muslims.

even today worshipping idols is not compulsory...... remember saints try to find god by dhyana pranayama........ etc... it was present in old times tooo.. remmeber Ravan carried shiv ling which was to be sthapit where it was placed also ram worshipping Shiv Ling there at rameswaram........ so its part but that not's compulsoryt.........

Kaaba was first build by Hazarat Adam RA
then Hazrat Ibrahim
all of them were human

who told you this story of Kaba falling down from heaven
there is only one stone in it that is from heaven
and that is useless as that can neither harm us nor it have some benifits
and we kiss that only because that is the suna of our Prophet other wise we have thrown out that from the Kabba

all these were saint type people who had started the practice of worshipping idols for concentration
and we muslim don't believe these saints etc because we don't need idols for concentration
we don't believe in saints , sofis etc
