oh yeah, these proponents of female emancipation were just getting round to opening girls schools they closed five years ago, even though they had pretty much consolidated power after the fall of Kabul. just hadnt gotten round to it, too busy blowing up buddha statues and whatnot. bull ****.

is it for the same reason that they close girls schools in areas they capture now, and in areas that they dont have control of routinely attack girls schools?

if you’re so ashamed of Pakistan being “far far far from an Islamic state”, why didn’t you move to Afghanistan? or were you planning on going to Afghanistan and ended up in Canada courtesy a wrong turn?

granted their can be some culprit too, but hence the source some of the schools not all of them but as swat/fata areas are full of support for Jammat Islami / MMA .. so again it's islamis jamatein..

The interesting thing about a resurgent Islamic identity is that it is being established in the West because of the evident exclusionary policies of Western culture. You will notice that the new centres of Islamic learning or influence are no longer Damascus, Cairo or Baghdad. They are in fact London, Paris and Berlin.

In some ways yes. The problem is that the very liberties that the west provides its people, it denies in the Islamic world.

Take the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and Americas silent acceptance of what the Mubarak regime does.
