Da'm-e-Subah *= at begining of the morning
**AThkheliyaaN *= playing around
*zulmatoN *= zulmat means darkness
*kokab-e-Seh'r *= morning star
**naalaY = whinning because of sadness (i think that would be the best translation i can do)
*Kushtagaan *= (I think I put an extra 'h' after K -) it's a farsi word: it means: one who is murdered - so kushtagaan-e-shub means, those who are murdered in the nights (metaphorically)
