want to lose weight for my wedding

hi girls,
my wedding will be in AUGUST.and i want to lose my weight.my weight is 97 kgs.and i have only i month to lose weight .friends plz guide me how i can lose weight in only 1 month.
some 1 told me take apple cider with water is this right or not
plz suggest me rightly.:confused:

Max u can loose is up to 20 pounds by South beach diet and a lot of exercise.

Hit the gym. Stop eating junk. Make sure your calorie intake from food is less than the amount of calories you burn.

Advise: stay away from heavy meats and carbs!

Breakfast: Porridge or 1 piece of fruit, watery tea/coffee - NO milk No sugar!

Lunch
lots of Salad- mix it up with leafy salads, apple pieces, tuna/chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes etc.,

Evening meal--
chicken or salmon*(or fish in general- but salmon is great for your hair growth)*, brown rice

keep it plain!baked, boiled- but NOT fried! simple seasoning not the crazy indian masala's with a tonne of oil in it!

TIPS:
Go less on the pasta's, breads
Half your current portion sizes, and drink plenty of water during the day (this will give u glowing skin on the day and help kill your hunger)

Snack: nuts, sultanas (in moderation)

Get a good work out DVD or hit the gym- spend at least 20 minutes doing cardio you don't lose any weight under 20 minutes of work out (my biology teacher told me that years ago lol)! The best cardio work out is running- nothing beats it.

DO not stress yourself if your body doesn't respond straight away, itll eventually show the results u need! inshallah you'll lose it~!!!

I used lemon grass before ma nikah and it helped me a lot. I lost 3 Kgs in 2 weeks which is ok without exercisin and just by diet control

I skipped lunch… ate fruit whenever i felt like hungry and lemon grass tea two times a day.

btw… I wanna reduce ma breast size :smack:. does anyone know any particular exercises

No SALAN ROTI, RICE, and JUNKS.

Take one slice of brown bread in the morning, and eat salad and fruit, one slice of bread at night.
And Drink Plenty of Water.
and exercise as much as you can.

The fastest way to lose weight is to cut down on the carbs ( bread, rice, pasta ) replace with protein ( chicken, fish, lamb) and leafy greens , ideally you can have one serving of carbs in the morning and go running EVERYday(or night) 30-40 minutes. You will lose weight very fsst. It is not going to be easy but if you stick to this you will be able to lose 8-12 kilos in a month .

When I'm trying to lose weight, I usually follow this diet:

Breakfast: One hard boiled egg

Lunch: Fruit like a mango or some strawberries

Dinner: A low sugar cereal like Cheerios with low fat milk and a piece of fruit.

I also try to keep snaking to a minimum. Also, here's a huge tip that can help you cut a lot of calories. Don't drink anything but water. Every glass of soda and juice is tons and tons of extra sugar and calories that keep the weight on. Also make the water ice cold, you will actually burn calories.

AGREED! short term success just means you'll get back to the troubled weight just as quickly as you lost it. Long term goals people!! Plus this causes anaemia- which causes hair loss and fatigue- 2 things you don't need on your wedding day!!

I know this doesnt help now but why did you not start losing weight beforehand? As people have said its healthier over a long period of time

There are people suggesting she cut out meals completely and eat a slice of bread for dinner and breakfast but my suggestion is the ridiculous one... Cereals, the healthy kinds at least contain nutrients and are filling and thus imo a delicious way to lose weight. Alos, I said thats what I eat when I'm on a diet, no one is forcing is the OP to follow my regiment.
