want to lose weight for my wedding

Re: want to lose weight for my wedding

I would suggest because you dont have a lot of time is to go on a diet and excersice as much as you can

Re: want to lose weight for my wedding

With very hard trainings you will loose max 8-10 kg in one month. But you'll have to eat max 800cal / month and run in the morning and in the evening. Good luck!

Re: want to lose weight for my wedding

This is terribly unhealthy, starving yourself like this may cus short term affects of weight loss, but will have extremely bad affects for your health in the long term, plus itll cause yoyo dieting! do it the healthy way don;t ruin your body!!

[FONT='Times New Roman']Sorry If I offended you, I just agreed on the fact that such diets including those with single bread slices for a meal and cereals are not good long term. Cereals may have a lot of fibre but not much else- the kind of nutrition you get from veggies salads and fruits you can't get from a bowl of cereal- sorry i didn't mean to offend you- you;re right everyone is entitled to their opinion and no1 is forcing anyone to follow regime! But advice should be given for the benefit of someone's health- in the long term you don't want them to suffer cus of crash dieting, and they might not even know its unhealthy for them. I was only trying to raise awareness.

[FONT='Times New Roman']Exercise and smaller food portions is the key!! :D If you cant curb what you eat just eat less of it!

Re: want to lose weight for my wedding

lemon water, and watching whatt you eat, one of my co-workers wanted to drop some weight and replaced all her drinks ( coffee, chai's soda) with lemon water. She ate more fruits and veggies, worked out, and MA dropped 30 lbs in the span of 2 months.

Re: want to lose weight for my wedding

Sorry if this is harsh but what were you thinking?! If you knew you were gonna get married anytime soon you should have worked on yourself. I am not saying this only because its a normal thing to do for any women but more so cuz after marriage you are gonna have kids but if you keep unhealthy like this, it wl get difficult for you.

AND going on any extreeme diet is not gonna help much, at most u wl loose 10kgs in 1 month but it wl def show on your face. Now you dont want to be a dull looking bride, do you?! I hope not. Just dont go too hard on yourself and try and keep extra care of your skin so any deficiency in diet doesnt affect how you look.

This might sound stupid but can't you postpon your marriage for 3-4 months? :D this wl give u some time to knock off atleast 20 kgs which should help. Aftr all you get married only once. But i know it wud be weird asking for time to slim down for yr marriage so i guess u best option is to eat healthy, focus on letting all attention on yr face i.e look yr preetiest and wear something suiting to your body.

Re: want to lose weight for my wedding

If you eat bread, and cereals and nothing else, you dont get enough protein, and on top of that if you exercise, your body will eat you tissue up t get the nutrients it requires. You will look tired and saggy. I think this is your best option-

Breakfast- 35 g oats with 1% milk.

snack- small fruit and 7 nuts

lunch0 1/2 cup brown rice,4 to 5 oz chicken , 1 cup veggies. no oil.

snack- 1% milk , fruit.

dinner- 4 to 5 oz chicken or fish + salad

drink 10 to 12 cups water
less then 1 tsp salt.
1 fish oil

hit the weights hard..and do 1 hr cardio daily. You might not lose a drastic amount of weight, maybe 10 kgs max, but with weight training, you might get a toned look faster. And this diet will help keep you glowing ..cuz it has enough protein, whole grains, some essential fats , veggies and fruits! Try it.

And postponing your wedding is crazy but worth to try it. You should have started like 4 months ago atleast

Re: want to lose weight for my wedding
