Walk away the pounds challenge

I am pregnant and turning into a whale. Last pregnancy it took me 10-11 months before I could even touch my pre-pregnancy clothes and this is after watching my diet and exclusively bf.

This time around I don’t wanna end up a whale, and I know I can’t do stuff like Jillian Michaels shred or insanity workouts but I would still like to get some exercise into my life even if it is a 15-30 min walk.

Maybe I could get some company here from some of you busy folks. Walk away the pounds is easily available on youtube and I think the longest one I have seen is for 15-18 mins, so maybe we could do it and report back here. It is a start. I just don’t want to pile up more weight than I already have and we could encourage each other as well.

I am starting Monday morning inshAllah. Just going to do one video of 15 minutes and going to start once a day. I owe myself this time for exercising and I need to take care of my health.

So who wants to start with me, let's start 15 minutes a day and build ourselves up to 30 minutes and then 45 minutes a day.

Hey girls I'm in too..

I've also started watching wat I eat and I jus completed the first 15 mins of walk your pounds off.

And I'm hot and sticky already will try and well not try will defo complete the 30 mins hopefully Tom first thing in morning.

I need to shift 20 pounds hopefully I can im giving myself ten weeks

hey guys! Second day doing this, and its easier than yesterday, but still challenging in places!

I came across more of the videos and thought I would post it for your guys…so in total there are 5 videos, 1 mile each. I was able to find the first 4 miles.

So I did the 1 mile walk.. Tired but don't feel like I did much! I may try the shred though!

Do you girls do a mike at a time or 4-5 miles in onego?
