I started doing one mile, then went up to 2 miles the second week, and now Im doing 3 miles. I wanted to work up to it, cause I have a real problem sticking to any workout plan. Even when I dont feel like doing it, I force myself to do it, and once I start, its ok to keep going.

Im going to try to work up to 5 miles. I also add in the walk away the abs workout sometimes.

I completely forgot abt this thanks for reminding me guys. Gtg I usually do 30 mins at a time for a bit of sweat. But while preggers and with Jr. I might just do 15 mins at a time.

Gtg Also I would add pilates to Ur watp routine. One of the good ones out there is the 10 min solution. It might be a good idea to do that for 10 days and then ease into shred. The burn I got in my abs from pilates was just AMAZING.
