Currently, we mullah matoos (as you call us) such as people like mufti-e-azam Pakistan Mufti Rafi Usmani, his brother and ex-cheif justice of Shariat court pakistan Justice mufti Taqi usmani, Scholars of prominent school of Binnori Town in Karachi,

I talked to Mufti at Jamia Ashrafia Lahore and there is difference of scholars on this. All scholars support their views, but when it comes to tactics, then there is difference. Great Muhaqqiq Sarfraz Khan Safdar and Dr. Sher Ali Shah and most scholars of N.W.F.P supprort them fully against the Busharraf and co.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

i think its time GS had its own operation silence and got rid of bunch of these mullahs who just scream, biatch and moan all day.

.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

oh hareemy its good to see you :hugz:

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

why is it that you scream, biatch and moan (your own words dear) about your right to share your opinion but ready to ask administration to violate others' right to share their opinion in response?
The thing that makes you incompetent is not abiding the rules of one forum while policing (or pretending to police) the rules in other....

quite hypociritical my friend.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

so they approve of the tactics of taking law in one's hand and also of taking children as hostages?

must be some real kick ass scholars

and their location does not surprise me one bit.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

No one has taken any hostages, government is the last source I would belive in. If they wanted to take any hostages, thy would not have let anyone out. During the first few days, as you are aware, many people left. Rest do not want to leave.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

rest do not want to leave
they do not want to surrender
they are not criminals
the entire world is watching this

sorry man..

and btw teh ppl who escaped said tehy were being held against their will. parents who came to get their kids were not allowed to see them..

and no sane institution overrules a minor's parents wishes. but that happened..so the kids are there, theya re not old enough ti make their own decision as such, and their parents wishes are not being honored.

good try but no huqqa

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

Yesterday there was interview of an old lady on BBC and she said she would be happy if her daughter dies inside fighting.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

yeah there were interviews on pak channels whetre parents were crying that they were not allowed by ghazi and co to take their kids out.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

L0L, for last few days Ghazai Sahab has been asking the government to let the reporters, Ulema, and Parliament members to enter and see for themselves. If government was right, then why did they hesistate to let those people enter.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

ghazi 'sahab' always has the optin to surrender, the entire world was watching, he would have been fine...his brother is fine is he not, they did not kill him on teh spot.

ghazi has been lying all along, sorry, i know it may hurt you, but that is the fact.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

khanabax i dont quite get they dont want to leave scenario. granted i dont believe govt but surely if you are scholar and see that so many kids might die because of your obsitenacy then wouldnt you rather surrender even if you dont want to? it takes a big man to leave the ego behind. besides these kids are 12 and onwards, make them leave if they are not leaving willingly.and if that doesnt work then step out and risk your dignity or whatever to save their lives.i just dont get how a scholar can make this horrendous error.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

This was on THE NEWS few hours before operation started:

Before that there were reports that Lal Masjid stalemate has neared the point of its resolution in the ongoing negotiations over Lal Masjid. It was said Maulana Abdur Rashid Ghazi would leave for his ancestral village Rajanpur area of Kachcha, where he will be put under house arrest along with his mother and the people present at Lal Majid be given to Wafaq.

There are some anti-talks people: Ghazi
ISLAMABAD: Lal Masjid Naib Khateeb Maulana Abdur Rashid Ghazi said Tuesday morning that there are some elements that do not want to let the negotiations be successful.

How can you force out anyone if they are not willing to leave.

Its not about ego, read my last post. There are people who wanted this so they could get more support from the West and go after more madrassahs.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

May Allah destroy all the enemies of Islam, Ulema, Masjids, Madrassahs.

Re: Wake up Pakistan!

^ameen to that and i agree with you that we are not hearing or seeing everything there is to it. but since we are all humans it is impossible not feel or prejudge the situation. he is their teacher and they are so young make them leave and as i said if they dont leave willingly then step outside and surrender, nobody would think less of him for surrendering to save pupils lives. and i have read as well there are elements on govt side that dont want it solved but when i think 2 or 3 ulemas went to meet them that was the ideal time to surrender with them there. Allah knows the best. but their approach was wrong from the get go , wafaq ul madaris wrote in jang news prior to this incident as to how this was leading towards a travesty and they are respnsible for the mess. Only Allah can know the intentions, humans dont have that much knowledge but i would've expected better from knowledgable folks and religious practicers. this is just too tragic and brings humiliation to religious community.
