If gulf states were racist they wouldnt allow so many Indians everywhere. Seriously, still no comments on US states banning Syrian refugees?

And what rights are given to the immigrants in gulf vs. the west?

Btw, the governors can give opinions but can’t really interfere with a federal refugee program.
