Besides being producer of a rice/wheat doesn't kill inflation, also in current world scenario you can't sell commodities at half the price of the world pricing, there are so many factors involving prices of everything.

He just wanted to point out that Allah has bestowed every treasure to Pakistan, but due to corruption and other problems Pakistanis are suffering. Certain facts may differ, but the basic theme behind the msg was clear and correct. Nothing needs to be criticized.
