Option 1: Divide Sindh into eastern and western areas with River Sindh being the dividing line. Dadu being capital or Western Sindh and Nawabshah being capital or Eastern Sindh.
Option 2: Divide Sindh into Northern and Southern Sindh with Hyderabad being capital of south and Larkana or Sakhhar being capital of North.
These options are based primarily on administrative grounds and capitals chosen on basis of ease of access from all parts and for developing smaller towns of Sindh. This would also ease pressure on Karachi from people migrating from all over the province.
"Mohajir Sooba", I am sorry, but is not a province based on 'administrative' reasons.

Make District Larkana , Jacobabad and shikarpur one province - making Larkana the capital
Make District Hyderabad , Badin , Tahar-parkar and Thatta one province - making hyderabad the capital
Make District sukkur , Nawabshah , Sanghar and khairpur one province - making Sukkur the capital
Make Karachi west and Karachi North - karachi east and south - into district and combine them to make one province

And who will finance these soobas..
There should be no sooba with less than 20 million population.. mind you according to the constitution of Pakistan every sooba has equal representation in federation.. how come you want to make soobas with 5 million population and give equivalent rights to them at par with Punjab with 100 million population..
New provinces should be self sustainable financially.. we should not make provinces just for the heck of it.. or it has become fashionable to make soobas..
We are already discussing the proposal of five sub provinces / administrative units /Divisions of each province to work under present provincial flag in the thread New Provinces : Bahawalpur, Multan and Hazarah
