There should be no sooba with less than 20 million population.. mind you according to the constitution of Pakistan every sooba has equal representation in federation.. how come you want to make soobas with 5 million population and give equivalent rights to them at par with Punjab with 100 million population..
New provinces should be self sustainable financially.. we should not make provinces just for the heck of it.. or it has become fashionable to make soobas..
