IS it ok to mix vitamin E in the multani mitti face mask or orange peel face mask in simple words any face mask that you use???

i need to know because i thought it will be more convenient to use vitamin E mixed in everything you put on face rather than applying it separately :stuck_out_tongue: lol

plus also i need to ask if vitamin E can be mixed with besan mask (i use it as a face wash) and also the sandalwood turmeric and lemon pack for marks??

Don't mix Vitamin E into anything..apply it seperately onto freshly cleansed skin.. this allows it to penetrate better.

What exactly does Vit E do to your skin? Can you apply moisturizer after vit E?

Vitamin E is an antioxidant.. prevents skin cell damage.. works on scars and sun damaged skin. It improves the skins barrier function and prevents premature wrinkles from forming by maintaining the elasticity of the skin.

Yes, u're mother can use it around her eyes..

Vitamin E should ideally be used on it's own on freshly cleansed skin..unless ofcourse the face cream contains Vitamin E.

hmm ok kool
one more thing i applied vitamin E around eyes and the scars last night
but then when i applied the daily cream i use it got all over the skin mixed with the cream :S

i was wondering if its ok to apply vitamin E after putting on cream?

If u're going to use Vitamin E.. use it before and wait for 10-15 mins before u put-on u're night-cream.

ermm i have a shadi to attend in a month.......any effective thing to get rid of scars??? mashalah besan mask helped me get rid of all pimples.....just 1 left and its not even developed yet :D and i am SO HAPPY about it lolx :D
so i need to get rid of the scars only now :)

If you cleanse u're skin well and keep u're pores really clean.. it doesn't cause breakouts.

My experience with Vit E is that its better to use it separately. I used Bodyshops Vit E cream and it made me break out in TONS of pimples. It was quite 'heavy' for my skin. Awful stuff! chi.

Vit E oil on the other hand...FAB!

Obviously indivdual skin reacts differently.

thanks gina.. i wanted to try it out but some people break out with the oil, some with the cream. i don't know which type i should try for my oily skin

oh no! i just bought their vitamin e night cream. hope i dont break out. havent yet (knock on wood)

My skin is oily/combination. It depends on the weather and my diet really. It just didnt suit my skin. Hope it stays ok for you! I just found it too thick, like it wasn't allowing my skin to breathe, if that makes sense.

I may try Vit E capsules. Im getting sick of always having to rub stuff in my face, its annoying. Why can't more things come in pill format. I like pills. I am a pill popper!
