No Gina, it was defo the Vit E cream as I was using nothing else and as soon as I stopped using it the pimples calmed down. I had to have a few facials too, but it was defo the cream. I remember not liking the thickness of it when applying it, but wanted to persevere.
I have now realised I need a very very very light moisturiser. I found BodyShops Vit E cream to be the complete opposite of light.
At the onset I loved it, I thought it was great, but after a few weeks realised it was actually not suitable for my skin and then compared it against my usually moisturiser and realised it was too 'thick'.
Anyway, I was just sharing my experience Gina, please don't set the beauty Gods on me. I REALLY don't need that right now. :(
I have to agree with Milly.. I’ve tried it too.. Vit E (Body Shop..) First few days (week) was working fine.. Felt good.. But after using it a while.. I noticed it’s not that suitable for my skin.. I got a few spots.. I used another nightcream and everything disappeared.. and didnt have a spot.. First I thought it was a coincidence.. But when I tried the Vit E cream again just to check it out.. Same problem occured.. I was sure.. not suitable for my skin.. Maybe it would work for other people.. But as said before.. depends on the person and skin..
Omggg I so agree with Milly, that Bodyshop Vit E stuff really caused me a lot of grief. I had to flippin wait a whole 3 weeks before my skin cleared up...:( never again!
besan mask is 1 tbspoon besan 1tea spoon haldi and enough milk to make a paste
and vitamin E capsules are great they are great when used alone...........i use them at night around my eyes and on scars and marks left by pimples and it didnot cause ANY breakouts ....... its gud :)
but dont mix it with creams that will actually get it thick ofcourse and more like those GOLDEN PEARL creams LOL
