sara-zzz yeah, faakhir steals music too...and most newcomers dont just steal music, they just resing old classics and achieve celebrity status for nothing...
and the faakhir video the one with the chicago stuff is directed by Asim Raza; Gen Pervez Musharraf's son in law. he has been the director to have directed most of Junoon's videos.
hayaa,
true...same happens to me...how could he not be there anymore to sing for us! just imagine how many great hits could he have come up during the past few years since he has stopped...:(
Apart from the fact that most of VS songs had brilliant lyrics as well as soothing compositions, they also make me feel nostagiac. So many memories associated with these songs.
Bollybuster I will agree with you that VS 1 was the album that made them but VS2 was not far behind either.
^^ I think Aitebaar(1992) was the only VS album which came close to VS1. But then that's just my opinion. VS2 was too bland - the music lacked any sort of charisma, if i may say.
Vitalsigns was a great band and they did amazingly well. I still have tons of memories attached to their albums.
With that said, JJ had the flatest voices. There was just no fluctuation when he was singing. Anyone (including myself) can exactly copy his notes, I guess that’s why most people liked him as they could sound exactly like the songs.
Not really. I think his voice is heavenly and really well suited to romantic ballads which he’s so famous for. Listen to “Yeh Shaam” from VS1 and then listen to “Yaar Nai Haar Dey” from Dil Ki Baat and he’s really poles apart in these two songs.
hmm im not sure about what your reason is…some sort of bad memory..?
thank God nothing like that for me, but just huge nostalgia and missing good old days…plus the very fact that these ppl were amazing, and i really liked their music and theyre not around coming up with new stuff anymore…
hope you overcome whatever bothers you, dont let a bad memory overshadow the joy of listening to VS! :k:
