well i was referring to people who are in the same circumstances. the one wondering more will "act" more, it's only natural.
nope, circumstances are an enabler, but do 2 people wondering the same level in same circumstances act or act at the same level? nope, and its because they are distinct individuals with varying levels of morals, self control, sense of right and wrong, etc etc
