Khawarij of Karachi are the ones who have declared jihad against Urdu speaking people. This term has religious connotations.

Karachi was allocated 54 billion Rs in 2010 nearly as much as Balochistan used to get in Mush era and MQM supporters claim it was 2 billion! ! !** but then lying is the religion of MQM supporters.**

Karachi was allocated 2 billion for development in the Sindh budget of 2011-12. That’s what I read. And it is not a lie.
