I would say make Karachi a separate province. Problems arise because of the control of Karachi by Sindhi speaking people, who are as much foreigners in Karachi as someone from Lahore or Quetta.

This is something new for me! Mohajers are the owners of Karachi, and Sindhis/baloch are alien to it now?
