It is ok if division is in northern and southern Sindh.
I don’t know if Urdu speaking people are majority in Karachi. But either way, the case for a separate province is not based on mohajir majority but based on proper allocation of resources.
If there are proper resources available then there won’t be friction between different people in the city.
