No matter what the reason of ANP not having NA seats, it is certain that Karachi has a much bigger influx of people from all over the country than any city in Punjab (or elsewhere). So it is wrong to say that no other city has this problem (and thus making MQM responsible). It is wrong because Karachi’s flow of immigration is several times more than any other city.
The reason ANP does not have as many seats as the population is that most Pashtuns here are not registered voters in Karachi. They are registered in their birthplaces. If they make their domicile from Karachi then they will have voting rights in Karachi too.
I would advice you the same. If the truth makes one uneasy then please don’t ask the question.
