Khawarij of Karachi are the ones who have declared jihad against Urdu speaking people. This term has religious connotations.

Karachi was allocated 2 billion for development in the Sindh budget of 2011-12. That’s what I read. And it is not a lie.
You can disagree with me but you have no right to call me a liar.

**The City District Government Karachi (CDGK) was allocated Rs54 billion in the 2010-11 budget.
The total amount spent was Rs53.9 billion with Rs84.4 million of the total left over.
The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board received the majority of the funds, with a total of Rs14.6 billion assigned to them in the budget. Of this, Rs7.8 billion was spent on development and Rs6.7 billion was for current expenditure that includes regular expenses such as utilities and salaries.
