if you think thats the case, and they've been working on this for all this time, you would agree that they would want the violence to continue?
I think its the opposite. I think they have a bigger stake in trying to keep the city in status quo, and will hopefully reign in their nuts soon. I think while they'v been trying to exploit the talebanization of the city politically and giving it an ethnic colour, they are political agents who would like to remain in the establishment as much as possible. This is the worst thing for them.
