UTD - I think M_S was just explaining the law, not agreeing with the situation. Aside from being slightly off calling it an arranged marriage (it's not, it's a payment), he is not condoning it and it seems to be a tribal honor thing rather than an enforcable court ruling.

It does seem that instead of everyone dismissing it because to stop them would make them go underground, more of a cry of outrage should be heard and something definite should be done. Some of the guys here treated this rather cavalierly, like it was no big deal and it is.
