You will find sizable minorities of Pashtuns in nearly every district in Punjab and in the northern parts of Punjab (Attock) the population is closely divided. In the Southern Parts the majority is Seraiki.

So why is it that MQM (an ethnic racist facist party) exists and in Punjab you will rarely ever find a case of hatred towards minorities or violence against minorities?
