By the grace of Almighty, Pakistan secured a clear victory over India in Kalbhioshan case today at ICJ. The UN’s top court ICJ on Thursday has rejected Pakistan’s argument that the court did not have jurisdiction in the matter, the court reasoned it could hear the case because it involved, on the face of it, an alleged violation of one of the clauses of the Vienna Convention, which both Pakistan and India ascribe to and whose interpretation falls under its purview.
Additionally, ICJ has immediately stopped Pakistan from executing Kalbhoshan until the final verdict is announced by ICJ.
Pakistan should also take all measures to ensure thatMr Jadhav is not executed till the final decision of this court," the court said.
The ICJ court also seems to be more favorable of indian stance that Kalbhosahn shd have been given access to Indian counselor.

we can say whatever we want to but this is another slap in the Pakistan face by India…we lost to them in every court on various water dam issues and now we embarrassed ourselves at ICJ. if ICJ does not count, let’s hang Kalbhoshan. I challenge that our army cannot touch kalbhoshan anymore until the final verdict is out from ICG and if the final verdict is against ICJ, we will have to send him back.

and I have no idea why didn’t we give consular access to kalBhushan . You can blame PM Nawaz but w all know who is pulling the strings on this sensitive issue

For instance, if Pakistan have objected or challenged the capability of ICJ to hear this, then Pakistan would have missed a loud stage and attentive audience and an opportunity to prove India as a terror sponsoring state.
