Victory for Pakistan in ICJ - Kalbhoshan Case

Re: Victory for Pakistan in ICJ - Kalbhoshan Case

If this confessional statement is wrong and if Kulbashan Yadhav is not what he is, then Pak Should face the humiliation for all the drama they did, on the other hand, if they have all the proves (which they claim are enough to declare him a spy of India and was caught red handed sponsoring terrorism…) then this is golden opportunity, international media if they dont recognize it.. stll at an internationally recognized platform Pakistan can put together its case and can win it… that would officially label India as a terror supporting countries.

But with all this, one thing is for sure, at ICJ they have to come with concrete evidence.. and for that ISI/MI have to work harder…

Re: Victory for Pakistan in ICJ - Kalbhoshan Case

I think spying alone should not be punishable by death (because you are basically working for your government i.e. on ‘national’ duty even if it is about secretly obtaining information on an ‘enemy’) but if it is proven beyond doubt that a spy’s nefarious activities led to terrorism and loss of innocent lives in another country then he or she should be ready to face the music (if caught) in accordance with the law of the land. It is a dangerous business.

Re: Victory for Pakistan in ICJ - Kalbhoshan Case

There was a case between US and Germany on German spy… case was taken to ICJ… ICJ stop death penalty.

But USA executed German spy… :hmmm:

yes, but ICJ is asking for concrete proofs… not a confessional video.

too early to even speculate. no final decision has been made. lets see what we present in the next round.

Re: Victory for Pakistan in ICJ - Kalbhoshan Case

another slap on Bajwa face. Why didn’t they just execute him after all his confessions.

why keep him for so damn long when he’s pretty useless now.

yet another blunder from Bajwa’s show of incompetence. And we gotta have that for another 2-3 yrs?

Re: Victory for Pakistan in ICJ - Kalbhoshan Case

International Court of Justice does not make decision on emotional ground… Pakistan has bundle of proofs… case has started it is not concluded.
