Her showing up at your friend's door after so long...seems like a last resort..sort of a desperate cry for help...Even if the abused girl herself doesn't realize that that's what she's doing..
You said she was depressed....Apparently, something was twisted from the very beginning...Although she seemed very grounded due to her beliefs and such...it's not hard to deviate when you're going through tough times...She almost seems like she's mad at Allah Miyan...Who knows what might have happend to her to depress her so much..."Rigid," "traditional" parents plus siblings who don't seem to care....It doesn't take much for a person to break after that. And then think..this one guy comes along being all nice and offering her support or whatever...Try to look through her eyes and see how she must see him...No wonder she thinks everything he does to her is acceptable...and even loving (how sad..).
This girl has totally lost perpective of things and probably doesn't realize she's being abused. Try not to get involved directly...Someone said something about getting someone she trusts to talk to her...let's keep in mind she's 30 and has knowingly lost sight of Islam....I really don't think this strategy will work but it's worth a try. The first thing you might want to do is to deal with the bf....contacting the authorities would be the best way. Once she's out of that environment, see to it that she gets counseling and such...I wish her family would take more of an active part in her life...She must feel like she has no one else other than the bf..considering how it seems as if her family has gone on with their lives without her...If only her family would cooperate and try to save her from all this.....
Anyway...Sorry itni lambi chordi baat keh di...Leykin Aap bohat achay dil ki hain Chameli key Aap isski madad kerna chahti hain...Allah Aapko kamiyaab keray....Aameen......Just don't get involved directly...or you might end up getting yourself hurt...And don't try to set out to do this alone..get your family behind you in this..make sure they're aware of everything..
