There is absolutely no problem discussing and sharing expectations during the initial talks. Things like “If we become engaged/married, would you give up XYZ for me?” etc. But asking someone to change things RIGHT NOW…while there is no formal commitment at all seems ridiculous to me.

But then again, a guy who’s ok with watching a adult video with a girl 3 weeks after chatting with her and then taking the high moral ground is also ridiculous.

Yeah, uncommitted people can’t ask right here, right now type things. I would rather probe the question as would you be willing to even after marriage. Its a classic abuser tactic to up the abuse after marriage and I would be too worried about being an emotional abuser lol!

And yeah, I’m not even judging the guy but if we’re going to start judging the girl then he’s fair game because actions speak louder than words. That’s the rule of life, buddy.
