I am looking and preying for the day when killers of Bugti,Benazir Bhutto, Saleem Shehzad and hundreds other are prosecuted and killers of Liaqat Ali Khan, Bhuttos, Dr Nazir and many others are traced and prosecuted if some of them are alive.

These negative people have no courage to face any thing.

the the victim's family is happy with the verdict so we must be happy as well...the grand father spoke from the depth of his heart...poor soul! :( i wish no grandpa has to bear the burden of janaaza of his grandchild. it's heart wrenching to imagine how this old man bore the sadness as a result of their NOT one but **two decent **Haafiz e Qur'aan grand children who were brutally not only savagely beaten to death but their bodies were brutalized as well in such a horrible circumstances. my hat's off to this grandpa for the dignity with which he addressed the media today.
finally justice comes to the family of only two victims who were killed brutally by animal like villagers , i welcome the decision ,no body is talking about the killers of other two who were killed allegedly by these boys. who killed the villagers who were returning ? i strongly condemn the manner in which these two boys were lynched .

The DPO was from very powerful bureaucrat family.

Looking back at the posts about this incident i was one of those who were proclaiming teh innocence of these two, however, i confess that i wasmisled by the media reports. Subsequent investigations and reports tend to point out that they were not so innocent after all.
There were two more murders, one including a 12 year old boy. Reports indicate that the two brotehrs were most likely killers of those two.
Has justice been served, i don't know.

So even if they were the killer, but still deserve a due process of law. I do understand reason behind this so called mob justice, but instead of condoning this we should strengthen the court processes.
Regardless their guilt (even if they were), they were murder brutally/illegally and someone need to answer that.
Same thing with Sarfaraz Shah case, i do believe he was not so innocent as our media portrayed. That does not give licence to rangers to kill him in the cold blood.

Thats correct but we are a reactionary society, only react to some that is plastered all over the media and ignore everything else. Same is true of our judiciary. How many peopel who set two dacoits on fire in karachi have been prosecuted?

In Karachi someone could get away with 1000s murders in the the name of "Mufahimat", then what to talk about killing two dacoits?
In any case these all killing of decoits by peoples is due to their frustration of disinterested police and prosecution work resulting most of them would walk away from court.
If we strengthen our police/prosecution and courts system, no one would take the law in his own hand.

no sir don't get me wrong, actually i went through the whole sad event when it was being discussed on this forum and on you tube . if you search on you tube you will find many eyewitness accounts what happend that fateful day ,i remember one person who claimed that these two boys were who mugged him in the same manner at the same location ,god knows what the truth is .i know it is very disturbing to a sensitive and sensible man to hear anything negative about victims who had been brutally killed by a savage mob of villagers but i am just writing what i came to know at that time . for the sake of prevention of such events in future people should know the truth and keep themselve informed about activities of their dear children otherwise some times they may go to a wrong direction which goes to the crime resulting in sad events.

**the court has sasid in it's verdict that those two boys were innocent and of upright character...initially, that was the rumor and that's the reason why they were attacked in the first place...but...it was all a case of 'enmity' and the accusers had some kinda scores to settle.
even for argument sake we accept that they were bad guys then the street justice these hooligans meted out was a crime in itself, especially in the presence of 10-12 police officers. these police officers must have been given the same punishment as those who actually killed the victims. They are supposed to protect citizens...YES, including the criminals. They chose to stand bye and watch the killings to go on unabated. shame!!!**
