what a panchayat style verdict… essentially since the question posed to the court was one that could not be answered (the legal system doesn’t have any capacity to decide on a theological or historical issue), the judges decided to play the role of a panchayat and distribute the land.

This was expected though, but as a secular person, I’d have liked for the court to allocate the land to some type of multi-faith / multi-cultural community center… rather than distribute it among the plaintiffs.

lol.are u serious.what is a multi faith/multi cultural community center??this was a mosque man for centuries till 1990’s and it will remain a mosque forever.
