My wedding dress will be pure Red,IA thinkin to wear veil over it,now i would like something (different coloured veil) suggest me what colour i should go for.i think red veil will look too much but then it might give a traditional look,what do you guys say.how’s the idea of wearing a diff colour of veil..??

I'd have to see the dress before suggesting anything too different. If you've got red, I'd probably go with red.
Does the dress have any sheen to the embroidary? I did makeup for a bride who had a pure red dress with gold threading, but when she moved some of the glitter shone green and blue. It all depends on how you view it.

it was net, not pinned, just draped over at the times i needed it, only prob was that it kept sticking to the kaam on my lengha, but the other materials wouldn't have given same effect, tried, really see through silk but couldn't se the face as can in a net.

I never wanted to be an OTT bride with loads of necklaces etc lol, as it wasn't my style or taste. Wanted to be simple and elegant - thats the look i wanted.

thank you so much nabz... yeah it was a net dupatta, which i just had over me.. didnt used any pins... i should have cause the veil fell off so embarassing... :$ ...thanks god my brither quickly helped me with putting it on again... cause we had the rasm ke my husband should be the one to see me without the veil and then the rest of the guests....so for a couple of second i stood there without the veil ... but i think positive about that cause when the veil fell off, the photographer took a photo which turned out to be so nice... :D
