^ ppl talking abt the religious thing valentines day is nt even celebrated by the christians themselves in a religious way it has no religious value at all and how r we imitatin the christians we arent mournin the death of st valentine are we NO , its js a day to celebrate love and make ur loved one feel special and even tho ppl r saying everyday is valentine’s day for them (YEH RITE) there is nothing wrong to buy ur sweetheart a rose and if u cant ur jus damn lazy. !

i m gonna give him those heart shaped balloons, some chocolate n mints, a card, a cuddly stuff toy, lots of hugges and kisses...:D........................

can u guys suggest more....since my valentine is extra special...he happens 2 be my 2.5 year old nephew!!!

whether christains celebrate now or not is not the pt, the pt is that christianity was the root of it and non-Muslims are the ones that really celebrate it (altho I heard a lot of ppl in pak do it to now, which IN MY OPINION is sooooo pathetic). And when ppl say everyday is valentine’s day for them, whats so “yeh right” about that? No offence to anyone, but umm there ARE couples who do something special for each other every week, if not every other day masha’Allah…they dont’ wait a whole year to get a rose for their spouse (and the ones that do sound more like the lazy ones to me lol)…

What i will most likely arrange for, is any one of the following:

• watching the sunset in a hot air balloon ride together
• a gentle stroll on the beach with us cozied together under a warm blanket again watching the sunset. *]or playing doctor and patient with some pink fluffy handcuffs and massage oil...hehe.

If i could, i would take him out for a nice lunch., his fav restaurants, get bunch of flowers to be delivered to him whilst at lunch. And then, take him towards the beach and ask him to look at the sky where he would see a plane with the banner saying "I love you so much name...

And then go and have a nice dessert and hot choc...hehe...

Now i cant do that as he is going abroad....tut...

how ridiculous…who said u can’t do anything on that day…it’s doing it specifically for VALENTINE’s DAY that’s the problem…obviously if on feb 14th, u just out of love wanna give something to ur spouse and are not thinking it’s valentines’day, it’s alright…but it’s when u’re like oh valentine’s day is coming up, lemme plan what to do on that day for my hubby or wife, oh it’s so special, oh i’ve been waiting for this all year so i can give her a rose, etc…
that’s the problem…anyway i was just giving advice to Muslims, we’re not supposed to immitate the kuffar.

i’m sure u all know this anyway, and are coming up with pathetic excuses to celebrate a pathetic holiday, very sad…

i'm going to give my hubby a very precious gift on this valentine , guess what ??? A new born baby :) , hope she will come on same date , otherwise he will get her before or after 14th feb .
