Probably one of hallmark’s holiday. 
Joke aside there was an Emperor named Claudis II who believed that young unmarried men performed better in battles rather than married men. So he created a army of young unmarried men and St, valentine who was a priest thought it was not fair for men to not to get married so he used to secretly arranged marriages for young couples. But when ClaudisII came to know he put Valentine in jail or put him to death. But clear history is not known you know all Christian holidays don’t have much clear history.

Why don’t we have a holiday in Pakistan. When we have holiday on ‘Bibi Khush Daman day’, why not on ‘Peer Dil nawaz day’
Yes, chirstian holidays seems to have unclear history. May be this particular event also have roots in Pre-christian era and have connection with roman and greek mythology.

Khush daaman day Benazir ki death per nahin Nusrat Bhutto ki death per announce hua tha. Log jhoot kehte hain ke Zardari bura aadmai hai. Jo aadmi apni saas se itni aqeedat rakhta ho, wo kitna naik hoga
