Valentines day in its self is also a ‘cultural’ invasion of the world. Go back 10 years and there was no concept of the day especially in Pakistan. To create awareness of the day (like its historical significance), I believe is perfectly fine. The only thing is that the people should not take law in their hands while stopping people from celebrating.

Cultural invasion is not one sided thing, even out people are in huge number in west, isn’t punjabi being third most spoken in Britain is cultural invasion by Punjabis in west? Isn’t mosques, temples, Gurudwara are cultural invasion in britain, but west doesn’t oppose the way we do, and we do this even if we have more pressing issues such as swine flu, dengue, malaria here
