well,my intension was not definetly to offense some 1 but yet i stood on my point,i agree that this topic is not worth to talk about that much but atleast we should settle it to the understanding of eachother.
i have read your comments and your openions and belive me every body was right at his place,except for girls cuz they damn give what islam says, i am no suffi no maolana,i just want to b a good muslim,which is though very hard for me to be,but what i say is that....
Girls liston all the time u blame boys they stare, they harres and they abuse(no matter what way it is)but should n e 1 bother to think why,all cuz of u girls, cuz u want them to stare at u ...u certainly want to look beautiful and u want to be admired,so u do everything to get some ones attention,and then some bad guys they show there uglyness and do what they shouldnt do but it all stared by u girls,well ok don let me blame u then u must b right at your place as i am no girl and i cant know your feelings,so same chance u give to boys,just dont blame them,,,just play your pasrt as u think u should play whether islamic way or liberal way but then dont try to meddle with other people views and openions....
and as far as u soubia,i cant say much about u may Allah almighty show u the right way.i no not need your phone number as i cant spend that much money on phone calls,secondly i cant have your email address as well as i dont have much time to write to peoples except for relatives or very close friends and u r none of them.

Islam has clearly instructed the compulsory covering of those parts of men and women that incite passions in the opposite sex. Men should always cover themselves from the navel to the knee. Women should cover their entire body except face and arms.

You dress right, you cover up, you wear hijab and we men lower our eyes and this thing would NEVER happen. Basically the topic is; not a war, battle or some thing else.Its a problem and a to solve a problem some general methods and procedures should be define.For example in this case First of all we have to diagonose
that for what reasons this problem born.what is its psyiology.What r the rules and "rasmu-o-rwaj" which inforces these type of preoblem.
As concern by this problem,we r taking as serious islamic statement or islamic order.
But i tkink it is more then that.IT IS A MATTER OF WOMEN PERSTIGE.Leave it what the girls do or what boys do.The muslims are the only nations that is recognize supportive of innocense and specially for giving the women rights.Give the women a valuable place.
Give them a important neccessry place more then make her show piece,need,entertainment or thing like it.So ordered the men to respect the women.THE MEN ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SEARCHING A LADY WITHOUT 'HIJAB" and tease her.As bhave in the case of non muslims they have their rights so the muslim men can not stress them to wear hijab.But islam bound the muslim men on the other hands to let down their eyes.
In women case they orderd to not show their bodies because it is not a respective thing.it inforces other ladies and men to
not respect them.see ur personaL example u all respect the girls that r not show pieces.So women have to care their bodies and their cloths that they culod be respected.
Generally i think this problem raised when we (muslims) join the stander's race.Leave the over all theories and whole ismlaic structure and law & order.
What u think Hazrat UMER (RAZ) faces this situation what he does.Simply get more belief
on islam which give the safty from these types of predators.
