There are. Where I live, the two biggest stores that sell second hand items (not just clothes) are Value Village and Honest Ed.
I have also seen in the neighbourhood that some people will leave their items in a bag outside their home with a note saying something like “please help yourself if you’re interested”. Or they’ll hold a garage sale if they are moving and try to sell their items at half price or whatever.
