In my family, at the beginning of spring/end of winter when putting away all of the heavy winter coats and stuff, my mum would make us sort out our cupboards and get rid of the clothing we no longer wore or didn’t want. She would then sort through those and donate done the things that were in good condition to charity and cut the rest up to use as rags around the house. We usually give our cast off traditional clothing, which is usually only worn once or twice as we usually only wear it at functions or family gatherings, to my grandmother to take and give to charity when visiting back home during the summer.

Just a question from those who in west. Aren’t their any markets like Light House , Landa Bazar selling second hand clothes?
