Well, we often seen many of us use right hand to eat and left hand to drink. Like eating sandwich (with right hand) and drinking juice or soft drink (with left hand) at a time.
So what is your views about using of left hand i.e., drinking with left hand. Is it permissible or not permissible.
Share your knowledge with reference(s) if possible.

Well is there more than that we know from Sunnah? If not then must follow the same. I posted a video here some months ago by Iqbal Salfi. But he explained in his lecture how important Sunnah is and keeps us safe from a lot of problems, difficulties in life. We may not always know why / how doing things the Sunnah way benefits us. But despite our ignorance, it does. So I don’t question now why we’re supposed to do some things the Sunnah way. I just do them because I know without a doubt that they benefit us.

“When any one of you eats, let him eat with his right hand, and when he drinks, let him drink with his right hand, because the Shaytaan eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand.” (Reported by Muslim, 3764)
Its not permissible to use your left hand for drinking and eating.

So when i was growing up I was strictly told by my elders not to do eating/drinking etc with left hand. And they were really strict. I still remember a couple of times they hit me on my left hand too if we used to do that. And that made our habit very strong of not using left hand unless necessary.
So now when I see someone eating/drinking with left hand its so annoying. I try to suggest them softly to switch hands unless ofcourse i dont know the person at all. But its still very bothering to see someone doing like that

Same here. It was very strict so it’s a habit now.
My lil bro is a lefty, but eats and drinks with right now.

In a video clip posted at P # 3, He said even if you support by putting your right hand at the bottom of glass while holding it in your left hand, it is still considered drinking with left hand.
