Iran is at 3.5%. Uranium for a nuclear bomb would require around 90% enrichment and many thousands of centrifuges to be built and operated. Iran is far away from it, also the use of nuclear bomb would be a complete retaliation or defense against U.S and/or Israel.
Yes, transperancy is an issue that Iran needs to deal with the International community and so does U.S with its intenstion when addressing Iran/ Middle East.
