US considering apology over Salala attack

Re: US considering apology over Salala attack

there was another attack that coincidentally also occurred on november 26th. that too involved pakistan. you may have heard about it.

so when one reads the words “Pakistan demands 26/11 perpetrators be brought to justice” it is amusing given that pakistan spared no effort to protect the perpetrators of the other 26/11 and ensured that they were not brought to justice.

Re: US considering apology over Salala attack

was Pakistan officially involved in that attack. Please do provide attack that the state of Pakistan ordered the attack and were directly involved in it. Here the American forces were involved in direct attack. maybe you cant differentiate the difference but there is one if you care to compare. On a related incident the Indian parliament demands that certain persons be handed over to them for investigation while refusing to hand over the terrorist who killed many Pakistanis in the train attack. You also might have heard about it. May be you should laugh at your Lok sabah as well.

Re: US considering apology over Salala attack

you are reading into it far too much and getting unnecessarily touchy.

it's not the demand for an apology that's amusing, it's the irony in that sentence. i'm surprised i need to explain the punchline but the comedy lies in the 26/11 coincidence and the irony that goes with it.

it would be like reading a headline such as "Pakistan demands US apology for harboring Osama"....(if, for example, instead of raymond davis the guy's name was coincidentally osama davis).
