Well hang on a minute two of the victims had no weapons how the hell did this guy feel threatened?

Furthermore all the evidence points to a botched CIA operation…

The chap wasn’t even a diplomat nor was he listed on diplomatic staff and he chose to walk around with a gun to hand… most guys that pack a gun dont feel threatened mate.

Also read that atleast one of the guys is a known Dacoit.

And you dont need a gun to threaten someone, its the perception of the threat. Perhaps the Consulate guy misperceived and panicked?
