December 2004/Jan 2005. Pakistan was a member of the UNSC when the issue of Ambassador Munir Akram came up in the US. If i recall correctly half of you who are talking of Diplomatic Immunity said there should be no need for it. A few of you said the Government should hand him over. Yet when it comes to Americans you guys all of a sudden speak of Diplomatic immunity.

In that case the Government of the US asked Pakistan to rescind the Diplomatic Immunity which Pakistan can do so in this case as well.

Lastly US cars in Pakistan are armored. That means unless you carrying heavy weapons you can not damage the car. They have level B6 armor - the same we use in Afghanistan. There is no way two guys on a motorcycle with an AK47 could even threaten the individual. The Armor plating is good enough to take a land mine but not an IED. So no light weapons would even make a dent in the matter.

We all go through 3 levels of training for areas that are hazardous. That includes diplomats working in these areas. The first rule is never to leave the armored car under any circumstances. The door locks are automatic and do not open individually etc. etc.

There is no way this guy was in an armored car and ran out because he was attack. Only a ****ing retard would do that.
