Well if he has diplomatic immunity Pakistan does not have much choice in releasing him. However, if there is substantial evidence to suggest he did kill them with intention then Pakistan can ask the US to drop his diplomatic status and be tried in the court. However, this is unlikely. US does not sell her people out unlike our “dear” Pakistani leaders.

the whole world knows by now that he was not a diplomat but an agent with a history full of offensive records, and some people are still eager to give him immunity
