Qatar sits on the UN Human Rights Commission, (Along with Saudi Arabia), so they must be fine right? No problem doing business with them when they are allowed to sit on such an august panel......

Isn"t that such a joke.

No laughing allowed.

The entire deal is a joke.

If you can't find it in your heart to giggle. Then. Don't

As I have stated in previous threads, America is in a lose-lose situation and deserves all the bashing it gets.

A product of if it's own doing.

Seems to me.

A stab in the heart.

So the Americans are leaving Saudi Arabia and why you guys are so happy? I mean you guys are getting so excited and happy like you turn 16 and its your birthday :hehe:

What difference would it be if they move from Saudi Arabia to Iraq. Maza to tab aye jub amricans ko mar mar ke Middle East se bhagaya jai. I doubt that will happen because we all the Muslims are running after Money, Wealth, Gori’s, Wealthy Future.

It will only happen when we realise its time to turn to Allah not to the amricans

US leaving KSA,

they were there because of Iraq in the first place now mission is completed so these bases are useless.

it may be linked later with 9-11 terrorists mostly from KSA. US will be in better position to blame and pressurise Saudis from now on. ;)

I could be mistaken but I believe I read the the U.S. is pulling combat troops out of Saud. I didn't read anything about the base closing.

Have relative (non combat military) ordered to that base in June for a year. Have not yet heard orders were cancelled.

Before The muslims get to carried away

US pulls out of bases?

“We already have switched, as of yesterday (Monday),” Admiral Nichols said.

**But, he added, the base would remain wired and could be used again if the US and Saudi Arabia decided it was necessary. **

The imperialist americans never leave the phillipines thought they saw the back of GI Joe aftre 50 years only for them to return, The japanese and koreans dont want them there as they cause nothing but trouble even preventing unification talks between south and north korea.

An imperialist nation like the US is alaways an imperialist nation so saudi will be used and abused again by america just as qatar and the rest of those idiotic regimes we have the misfortune of having will be.

Saudis tell US to get the F… out…

Waiting for US spin doctors to make their move.

With all the hue and cry from OBL and others about the US militarily occupying SA, it is actually pretty stunning to realize that the TOTAL contingent of US troops in SA has remained pretty steady at ONLY 5,000. These 5,000 probably felt more confined by the Saudis than any of the Saudis ever felt confined by them. Shoot, it would take more than 5,000 US troops to occupy the University of California at Berkeley.

You seem like giving it a new twist who cares if those pretty gals were enough to occupy high school or KSA... The point is OBLs main demand was the exit of GI Joes from SA. Now you can put a spin who cares the end result is for all to see.

Bin Laden is just a stooge for the United States, no? Thus his demands were in fact really the demands of U.S.

^ hehe ur spin is better then myvoice

I think OBL also demanded an end to sanctions against Iraq. With the US changing its policy toward sanctions and asking that they be lifted immediately, you must think OBL is 2 for 2. Since the US released its road map for creation of a Palestinian state, maybe he could be considered 3 for 3. :rotfl:

This is terrific. Since the US backpeddled and has now given in to all three of OBL’s demands, we must no longer be a target for terrorism. Better spread the word that the war on terror is over, that we lost and that OBL won.

I am sure US leaving SA right after 911 has nothing to do with OBL… Oh well who ever said it ever was ..

Abdali:
The lesson to be learned from all the changes occuring in the Middle East and around the world seems to be lost to you. That is that terrorism and fanaticism are probably the worst enemies of the causes they purport to advance.

Sanctions are not being lifted against Iraq and US military forces are not leaving SA because of demands by terrorists or fanatics. These things were in place because of the very existence of the fanatics/terrorists. Now that they have been routed in Afghanistan and Iraq, the predicate basis for forces in SA and sanctions in Iraq are gone.

:rotfl:

Yawn… time for vodka… LOL…

Why did the Kingdom pay the U.S. to be there in the first place? Now that the threat from Saddam is gone so should be the troops.

Very good point. :k:

What terrorism and fanaticism were embedded in Iraq?

Please enlighten me. Facts please, not heresy.

Is there any bigger terrorist organisation than the US. I doubt it. The only difference is that noone at the moment can challenge the US, otherwise they'd also be on the list.

Rooted out I hear you say. Better start at home, don't you think.

You have got to be kidding me, right?

  1. If the bodies being unearthed from mass graves on a daily basis by frantic Iraqi's desperate to discover some fragment of clothing which might help them to learn the fate of their loved ones are not examples of fanaticism, what do you call it?

  2. I think cutting off ears and cutting out tongues of those who were perceived to be anti-Saddam is also evidence of fanaticism. What do you think?

  3. Dropping dissidents into industrial shredders might also be termed fanaticism by some.

  4. Gassing portions of your own population also fits within the definition I would think.

I agree that exiting combat troops from Saud..is a listen to OBL. Hey..OBL and followers, we hear you.

We listened, We heard.

Beside the fact we have Iraq to contend with.

Is it possible U.S. can make friends with all the Muslims? Would be great if we could. Absolutely.

Would probobly be on the list of the greatest achievements of mankind.

IMHO.

Can we get along with Shia and Sunni? Catholic and Lutheran? Can we as humans finally learn how to respect and help each other? I think God would be pleased if we could.
