ok guys..i am excited abt eid this yr..and i just got my nose pierced yesterday
well my mom wasnt with me..and she wasnt really ‘happy’ abt me gettin my nose pierced..well when i got home..she said tht the lady didnt do a good job..and that she pierced it bahut samnay..so the jazbati self i am..i decided to take it off..and wait till this one closes and then get it pierced again..BEFORE EID..inshallah
my only concern is that the nishan might not go away..does anyone know if the mark goes away after a while..or does it stay there forever..
plzzzzzzzzzzzz let me know

well it depends. for some people it stays and you can see the scar, and for others like me, it's hardly visible.
but why'd you take it out? the guy's just gonna pierce it in the same spot again

i dont want it in the same spot..i have somewhat a choti si naak..and i guess..the lady pierced it right..but since my naak is choti..it doesnt look right..

umm before eid??? are u sure it’s gonna heal that fast?? and not be visible??
mine took forever and i still have the scar, althought it’s not that bad but i can still feel the lil bump inside 
it shucks…but that’s cuz mine had gotten infected 
so prolly that’s why

my nose didnt even turn red after i got my nose pierced..i was so happy till i got home..and now..i am just worried..

umm i guess u shouldnt have taken it out...or mayb u could've waited for sum days or so..mayb by that time u would've gotten use to it...but oh well
i got mine dun more than a yr ago in paki .. the guy pierced my nose directly with the nose ring...and i liked it..
I wonder y ur mom didnt wnted u to get ur nose pierced...it looks gud!

All the professional and certified places here use a needle and not a gun for the nose.
Aaana – I’m surprised you were able to take it out so easily! You’ll have to wait till just before Eid and see how it feels, but be careful. You don’t want it to get infected or heal improperly cuz you repierced too quickly. I had mine for three years, let it close 6-7 months ago, and I can’t see a scar, but if I touch the area I can feel it.

I have tried to pierce my nose three times, once myself with a needle, second and third with a gun by professionals, but neither one of them lasted because it would get swollen so much that the stud would dig into the skin leaving it to enclose around it. I had to take it out in the end.

doesn't that hurt more? cause with a gun - bang! and you're done. but with a needle you'd feel it going through the skin.

^ The place I had it done was really professional and the girl was really skilled. It was pretty quick. I think there's less control with the gun and so more chance of injury in a sensitive area like the nose.

My name is Sarah. I got my nose pierced twice and both times the pin fell out. but i did not get a scar. and once way to prevent a scar or infection is to wash the area with sea salt and water. do it twice a day for a month and inshallah you will not get a scar or infection. I hope this can be helpful. And if you are the type of person who has a very low tolerance for pain try putting on baby orajel 20 minutes before you are going in for a piercing. it is supposed to make the area numb and so you wont feel the pain as much. my hairdresser told me this trick. I hope this can be of some help.

guys..i hope i am not doing anything wrong..but i am thinkin abt gettin it re-pierced TODAY..i am gonna call the lady i got it pierced from and ask her if its ok or not..! i already regret takin it out at the first place :(

and she was like "jaldbazi ki apnay khair wait kero..aur phir wapis ana.."
so now one side of me tells me to wait..the other side's like..wth..put the pin back in before the hole closes..I AM SCREWED!
