National Assembly is actually - Majlis-e-Shoora
Senate (also called Upper House) - Aiwan-e-Bala

In Persian, Senate was referred to Kakh-e Majles-e Sena before it was disbanded in 1979.

btw, Majlis e shoora [advisory committee] mere Khayaal se to Majlis e mashawarat ko kahte haiN jiske mimbaraan har MNA nahiiN hotaa.

India meN to:

Members of Legislative Assembly = mimbaraan-e-majlis-e-qaanoon-saazii

lihaaza National Assembly = qaumi majlis?
