what is wrong with settling the stranded Biharis in Pashtun-land?
The Biharis are dark-skinned and short. The Pathans are fair and tall, often have blue eyes and fair hair.
But aren't the Biharis human beings? Don't they belong to the human family? Don't they have feelings and a desire for happiness just like you and me?
